Steve Stigers Obituary
73, of Carmel, passed away on November 6, 2015. Steve was born on May 9, 1942 in Louisville, Kentucky to Edward and Margie (Kinslow) Stigers. He attended Eastern Kentucky University and served in the United States Air Force.
Steve was an Operations Manager for Bank of America in California and Vice-President-Director of Branches for Peoples Bank in Indianapolis. Upon retirement, he worked in the golf division of RN Thompson Company.
Steve was a talented musician and accomplished golfer. For the last 25 years, he fought a valiant fight against Multiple Sclerosis with pride and dignity. Steve always had a ready smile and positive comment for each person who came his way.
He leaves behind his wife, Marti, and his beloved four legged kids, Buster and Gracie, as well as many special friends and neighbors. His brother, Eddie, preceded him in death and his brother, Philip, lives in Arizona.
In his memory, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Indianapolis and Wheeler Mission.
