- Carlene is married to James W. Webb. They have one daughter, Carla S. Wallace, one granddaughter, Madeline, 12 years old and one grandson, Gavin 2.5 years old.
- She writes, "I am retired from PNC Bank. I babysit my 2.5 year old grandson, Gavin during the week. I babysat my granddaughter, Madeline when she was younger. Watching these grandchildren grow and learn has by far been my most rewarding job!
