Bill, his wife Diane,
and their daughter, Addy (9) live in Kalispell, Montana. In 1999 he retired from Union Pacific Railroad Company as Director - Joint Facilities and continues to work as a consultant to various rail entities in the United States and Mexico. He comments, "I write and negotiate agreements covering freight and passenger operations. My undergraduate degrees are in Ethnic Studies and Management and I have a Master of Business Administration degree. I was an arbitrator for the California State Bar Association; chaired the Cotati, California Planning Commission; and served as a phone volunteer and trainer for the San Mateo County California Crises Center. I downhill ski, bicycle, hike, and golf. I have traveled throughout the western United States and a good part of Mexico." |
