- Ann was born on January 15, 1943 and passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. Ann was a resident of Columbus, Indiana at the time of her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband John. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street with Pastor Wes Jones officiating. Calling will be from 10 a.m. until service time Friday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association .
