- He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Rose and William H. Price, Sr.; and grandson, Christopher Dunavan.
- He is survived by his wife, Lora Price; daughter, Carol Renee Dunavan (Robert); son, William Price III; sister, Barbara Seelye (John); and grandson, Robert S. Dunavan.
- His funeral service will be held noon Saturday at Keenan's Funeral Home, 4724 Dixie Hwy. (at Rockford Lane), with visitation beginning at 10 a.m.
