Federation National Board of Directors, U.S. Adult Soccer Association,
KY Soccer Association, Okolona Soccer Club ,Greater Louisville Claims
Association, G.P.A.A. and Lost Dutchmens Mining Association.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret; children, Everett Polley III,
Larry Polley, Cheryl Vick, Jason Beck and Petter Beck; sister, Jane
Bass; 14 grandchildren and three great-granddaughters.

Visitation: noon-7 p.m. Wednesday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau
Dr., with private burial.
