- Murriel T. Collard, 61, of Cromwell died Thursday, February 20, 2003, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. The Edmonson County native was employed in Hawesville as a heavy equipment operator. He was an Army veteran. Survivors include two sons, Travis Collard of Lebanon Junction and George Collard of Cromwell; three brothers, James Collard of Florida, Luther Collard of Pekin, Illinois and Maburn Collard of Floyds Knob,Indiana; and two sisters, Dottie Vincent Elmore of Smiths Grove and Brenda Kabler of Louisville. Services were Sunday at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with burial in Mount Zion Cemetery in Ohio County.
