- Greetings, GREASEers and old chums, from the Gulf of Mexico!
- 50 years ? Say it ain't so, Joe.
- I have really enjoyed reading all the posts giving a glimpse into what classmates have been and are now doing.
- Sharon and I (Sharon Wolter, Valley HS, '65) have been married for fifteen years and have lived all that time on the beach in Coastal Alabama. Together we have three children and six grandchildren. Needless to say, they love spending time on the water at our place and are eagerly awaiting the day when we croak and leave it to them.
- Our home and all out-buildings were destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, leading to a two-year rebuilding process which was challenging, to say the least.
- I have practiced law since 1980 and for the past fifteen years have practiced only immigration law, serving primarily indigent persons and refugees from all corners of the globe. I also managed the distribution of federal benefits for U.S. Government-designated refugees and asylees residing in Alabama during most of that time.
- I am now semi-retired and Sharon is not far behind. We look forward to a more leisurely life on the coast after she retires and plan to do all those things we keep putting off until later. Good luck! Right ?
- We are so very sorry that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we can't attend the reunion. We will be with you in spirit, however, that's for sure. Wishing you all, each and every one, the very best of everything as you continue to enjoy these golden years.
